Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our Goo Crew! We are a brand new slime-based family entertainment venue looking for people who will provide an exceptional and fun customer service experience for our guests, while also supporting in various other front of house duties.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of the guests.
- Manage ticket and merchandise sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the space
- Help create a fun and exciting atmosphere
- Take the lead in running various improvisational entertainment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or entertainment is preferred.
- Great customer service skills and ability to entertain people of all ages
- Basic math skills for order processing and transactions
- Ability to work in a loud, stimulating environments
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to assist in various front-of-house and cleaning duties
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
